Activating Empty Spaces

We are working to create usable spaces for small creative businesses and organisations. We will encourage local pop-ups towards longer term premises, and open up meeting spaces and artist studios.

We will help to identify empty shops and potential funding for people to revive and revitalise the main shopping streets in Ipswich. Retail opportunities are important to us but social opportunities, bringing people together in creative spaces is how we can collectively look after each other and have a positive impact on the town.
